Letitia Huckaby

This body of work was created during a residency at Tarrant County Community College in Fort Worth, Texas. It was an opportunity for me create work and experiment with new processes. I started out making acetone prints, but found out I was pregnant during the process and switched to pigment prints which are less toxic. Many of the images were used in other bodies of work, but repurposed here for the sake of technique. I sourced the rags from a home supply store and printed on them with my Epson. I wanted to create a group of pieces that were small, and delicate. For me, it was more about the process than it was about a greater theme. Letitia Huckaby
